Today marks the official start of PopHop's development journey! After identifying the core problem of engagement drop-off in traditional communities where only owners can monetize, our founding team is now fully committed to building the solution.

What's Happening:

• All 6 team members (3 founders + 3 developers) are now working full-time on PopHop
• Technical architecture finalized: Next.js frontend, Python backend with FastAPI/Django, Supabase database
• Core vision established: Transform communities from audiences into self-sustaining economies where every member can monetize their expertise
• Initial feature scope defined: Community creation, membership tiers, course hosting, payment processing, and member-to-member marketplace
